Home School partnership evening with our writing curriculum team!
Well done for attending Penelope (Rm 1) and mum. You are the lucky ones that left with LOTS of great resources to take home.

Whaea Noelle shared this amazing couloured rice resource. Can you find the red teddy bear? what about the letter 'V'? the children enjoyed feeling around for the animals : )
Whaea Anna shared her te reo Maori resource. You had to try and construct a sentence using the strips of words/phrases - subject/verb etc

Zane (Rm 1) and his mum and sisters made it to this evening too! Great work!

We as a class voted and chose to investigate our favourite colours within our class : )
For writing today, we are brainstorming EVERYTHING we know about a recount. Look what we came up with!!!

Come on guys get firewise!!!

Today Room 12 discussed what it means to be firewise. They came up with some really great ideas : )
Could you please support your child by reading through the Firewise booklet with them, and listening to them as they share what they know about this topic. Booklets will be sent home tomorrow.
Thank you for your support.
-Whaea Edith.
